About Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)

Assistance paying water bills- must already be approved for LIHEAP to be eligible.

LIHWAP is a home water utility assistance program. Residents must apply for and be approved for LIHEAP in order to access LIHWAP services. Website is available in English and Spanish.
