If you need emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill), you can walk in anytime we’re open.

You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.

We ask that patients seeking other walk-in services arrive at least one hour before closing.

Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee service to walk-in customers although we will do all we can to accommodate you. If dealing with an immediate need or traveling from a substantial distance, it is advisable to call the health center in advance of your walk-in visit to assess our capacity to serve you without an appointment. Call (800) 230-PLAN (800-230-7526) or schedule an appointment online. Providence office: 175 Broad Street, Providence, RI 02903.
