Tri-County Community Action Agency was established under President Johnson’s “War on Poverty” and the passage of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964. We offer a broad range of services and programs to the communities of North Providence, Johnston, North Smithfield, Smithfield, Burrillville, and Gloucester to provide a helping hand to those in need and to build a foundation of self-sufficiency.
Westbay Community Action is a charitable organization serving the people of Kent County (Warwick, West Warwick, and East Greenwich). We help with food, utilities, health, safety, and education.
