People come first at East Bay Community Action Program. We are a private, non-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation that provides a wide array of health and human services to the residents of Rhode Island’s East Bay, including the municipalities of: East Providence, Barrington, Warren, and Bristol.
Comprehensive Community Action Program is a private, nonprofit community action agency formed under the 1964 Economic Opportunity Act. CCAP is one of Rhode Island’s largest organizations dedicated solely to fighting the war on poverty. Our service delivery area includes Cranston, Scituate, Foster, Warwick, and Coventry.

Lifestyle medicine is the evidence-based practice of assisting individuals and families to adopt and sustain behaviors that can improve health and quality of life. Lifestyle Medicine focuses on six areas: physical activity, healthful eating, nutrition, stress management, sleep, and relationships.
