Providence Community Health Center operates out of Crossroads' 160 Broad Street headquarters in Providence, ensuring that individuals and families experiencing homelessness have access to quality health and dental care.
Multiple resources including harm reduction, case management services, support and testing for people living with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C, support for trans individuals, current and former sex workers, victims of human trafficking, and more. They offer drop-in naloxone distribution, needle exchange, fentanyl test strips, condoms, and other basic needs.

Offers drop-in services for naloxone, needle exchange, safe sex packets, fentanyl test strip kits, and HIV/Hepatitis C testing. Free, statewide delivery services available Monday through Friday from 10am to 1pm.
