Provides subsidized housing, case management, and clinical mental health services for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Offers drop-in services for naloxone, needle exchange, safe sex packets, fentanyl test strip kits, and HIV/Hepatitis C testing. Free, statewide delivery services available Monday through Friday from 10am to 1pm.

Westbay Community Action is a charitable organization serving the people of Kent County (Warwick, West Warwick, and East Greenwich). We help with food, utilities, health, safety, and education.
Provides assistance with SNAP, WIC, food pantries, utility assistance, unemployment/TDI, health care registration, free tax preparation services, vaccinations, low income housing applications, homeowner lead removal, adult education classes, ESL, career trainings for CNA and CDLs, job searches, and more.
Offers emergency shelters and housing for those suffering from domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking. Also offers free housing clinics, rental assistance programs, youth/teen services, sexual health services, and LGBTQ services.
Catholic Charities of Providence's Project Hope provides individuals and families with basic necessities such as food, rent, and medicine. In addition, immigration information, assistance, and representation is available for those who may need these services.
Free legal clinics for individuals facing homelessness, offered at Warm Center in Westerly, Smith Hill Library in Providence, and Save Haven in Woonsocket.
24 hour hotline, assists with emergency shelter, transitional and short term housing, law enforcement advocacy, crisis advocacy, counseling and support groups, and more for those suffering from domestic violence.
Reopened January 2023. Helps prevent mortgage delinquencies and defaults, foreclosures, loss of utilities or home energy services, and displacement of homeowners experiencing financial hardship due to the pandemic. Must own your own home and meet criteria, application required.
