COVID-19 General Guidelines for International Travel
Assistance paying water bills- must already be approved for LIHEAP to be eligible.
Assistance paying utility bills due to financial hardship (can apply even if already receiving LIHEAP benefits)
Discounts on internet service and laptop/tablet purchases for low income households.
Hardship forms available to prevent gas or electric shut offs.
Short term cash assistance for illness, injury, medical condition, or burial/funeral expenses.
Multiple resources including harm reduction, case management services, support and testing for people living with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C, support for trans individuals, current and former sex workers, victims of human trafficking, and more. They offer drop-in naloxone distribution, needle exchange, fentanyl test strips, condoms, and other basic needs.
Provides subsidized housing, case management, and clinical mental health services for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Offers drop-in services for naloxone, needle exchange, safe sex packets, fentanyl test strip kits, and HIV/Hepatitis C testing. Free, statewide delivery services available Monday through Friday from 10am to 1pm.
