We deliver supportive services and programs to Providence County residents in need to promote their achievement of economic self-sufficiency.
We offer more than 40 service programs for people in the Woonsocket community challenged by mental health and addictions, basic needs, trauma, housing, education and employment.

CCAP is one of Rhode Island’s largest organizations dedicated solely to fighting the war on poverty. Our service delivery area includes Cranston, Scituate, Foster, Warwick, and Coventry.

Westbay Community Action is a charitable organization serving the people of Kent County (Warwick, West Warwick, and East Greenwich). We help with food, utilities, health, safety, and education.
Provides assistance with SNAP, WIC, food pantries, utility assistance, unemployment/TDI, health care registration, free tax preparation services, vaccinations, low income housing applications, homeowner lead removal, adult education classes, ESL, career trainings for CNA and CDLs, job searches, and more.

Offers voice and communication training for trans individuals.
Medical, dental, and behavioral health services, including hormone therapy and case management services for trans individuals.

Top/bottom surgery, facial feminization, gender affirming care
Gender affirming care including breast cancer risk assessment and screening, genetic counseling and testing, gender-affirming top surgery (chest masculinization, feminizing breast surgery).
Downloadable app that includes sexual health resources including birth control, STI testing, family planning, HIV care and prevention, and a provider locator
Order free condoms to be delivered to you (must complete a demographic survey and must live in RI)
Offers STI testing services without a doctor’s appointment (must be asymptomatic).
Services including emergency contraception, pregnancy tests and counseling, STI and HIV testing and treatment, annual exams, breast and cervical cancer screenings, abortion services, birth control, hormone therapy, and more.
Multiple services for veterans, including primary care, specialty services, mental health services, and more.
Local farmer’s markets that accept SNAP/EBT benefits.
